THE BUDGET HEARING MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD TUESDAY OCTOBER 15, 2024

A Budget Hearing Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Lamarr Miller at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on October 15, 2024 at 4:38 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting.

The meeting was opened by the President, whereupon the Budget Hearing for the Annual Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 was presented to the SCCMAD Board of Trustees.

Following discussions of the Budget, the Board made aware of several errors indicated amongst the Budget. Due to the emergent need to approve the Budget, the Board has decided to approve the budget pending the changes discussed to be made. The approval of the Budget will take place during the Regular Board Meeting on October 15, 2024.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
