SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD TEUSDAY DECEMBER 22, 2020

A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Charles Givines, at the District’s Headquarters, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on December 22, 2020 via ZOOM due to the COVID-19 Pandemic at 4:03 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting.

The Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District conducted a special meeting via ZOOM in accordance with Section 6 of Governor Pritzker’s Executive Order 2020-07 (COVID-19 Executive Order No.5).

The meeting was opened by the President, whereupon President Charles Givines gave a presentation to the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District Board of Trustees

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
