THE 1st DECENNIAL COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SOUTH COOK COUNTY
MOSQUITO ABATEMENT DISTRICT
HELD TUESDAY OCTOBER 15, 2024

A Decennial Committee Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the South Cook County Mosquito Abatement District was called to order by President Lamarr Miller, at the District’s Headquarter, 15500 Dixie Highway, Harvey, Illinois on October 15, 2024 at 4:28 P.M. upon due notice to all members of the time, date, and place of the meeting.

The Decennial Committee Meeting was called to order by President Lamarr Miller whereupon a quorum was established via roll call including Reverend James Sims, District Resident, Mr. Luke Chmielewski. Director, and Mrs. Belinda Mosby, Assistant Director.

The Committee spoke about the need of two additional meetings that need to happen within the following month.

The Committee spoke about the need to complete the SCCMAD Decennial Committee Report and the Director mentioned that a Draft of the report will be provided at the next meeting and finalized by the 3rd Decennial Committee Meeting.

Next dates for a possible meeting were discussed by the Committee; October 29th at 4:00 p.m. and/or November 12th at 3:50 p.m.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:37 p.m.
